The Polka Dot Challenge and Spud Riley rides are organised by members of the Manchester Velo Cycling Club.

Special thanks to Dave Riley and his team for planning and organisation. Dave puts up all the signage and also drives around after the event to remove them. In between he manages to complete the ride itself. Thanks also to Pete Lickfold and his helpers who organise the entries, manage the signing on and time-keeping for all riders.
